Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Green Belts and project teams in the application of Six Sigma methodologies.
• Identify, define, and prioritize high-impact improvement projects aligned with strategic manufacturing goals.
• Drive the execution of DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) projects from initiation to closure.
• Utilize advanced statistical tools and techniques to analyze process data, identify root causes, and develop solutions.
• Implement and sustain process improvements to reduce defects, waste, and variation.
• Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration to achieve project objectives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Develop and deliver training on Six Sigma principles and tools to relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on project progress, key metrics, and financial impact to leadership.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven track record of successfully leading and completing complex Six Sigma projects in a manufacturing environment, demonstrating measurable improvements in key performance indicators.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, including lean principles, statistical process control (SPC), and root cause analysis methodologies.
• Expertise in utilizing statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) for data analysis, hypothesis testing, and process capability studies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills to effectively mentor Green Belts, engage stakeholders, and drive cross-functional team collaboration.
• Experience in developing and implementing sustainable solutions that reduce defects, waste, and variation while improving efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt from a reputable organization (e.g., ASQ, IASSC).
