Salary Range: $55,000 - $82,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of production operators to achieve daily targets.
• Ensure all production processes adhere to quality standards and specifications.

• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and production line issues.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent.

• Experience leading cross-functional continuous improvement projects.
• Advanced safety certification (e.g., OSHA 30-hour) or First Aid/CPR certification.
