Salary Range: $83,000 - $128,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shop floor operations, ensuring efficient workflow and production targets are met.
• Manage and mentor a team of production staff, including scheduling, performance reviews, and skill development.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations, ensuring a secure and compliant working environment.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage the procurement of raw materials and supplies.
• Maintain quality control standards throughout the manufacturing process, addressing any deviations.
• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and control costs.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and sales, to ensure production aligns with business needs.
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained and functioning, coordinating repairs and preventative maintenance.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in manufacturing operations and shop floor management.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Proficiency in production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
