Salary Range: $44,000 - $64,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Accurately document and record all incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders for shipment according to specifications.
• Coordinate with carriers for pickup and delivery of outgoing shipments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping and receiving area.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments and external vendors regarding shipping and receiving matters.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in shipping and receiving operations
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and software
• Ability to operate a forklift or other material handling equipment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with shipping software (e.g., FedEx Ship Manager, UPS WorldShip)
• Forklift certification
• Basic understanding of inventory management principles
• Familiarity with customs documentation for international shipments
