Salary Range: $72,000 - $111,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the successful transition of new products from design to manufacturing.
• Develop, optimize, and document robust manufacturing processes for new product introductions.
• Collaborate with design teams to provide Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) feedback.
• Specify, procure, and qualify new equipment, tooling, and fixtures required for NPI.
• Manage pilot production builds, identify issues, and drive corrective actions for yield and quality improvement.
• Create and maintain comprehensive manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and process flows.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives during NPI phases to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing).
• 3+ years of experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) or Manufacturing Engineering roles.
• Proven expertise in Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA).
• Strong background in manufacturing process development, optimization, and validation.
• Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo) and PLM systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects through production launch.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Proficiency with advanced CAD/CAM software for tooling and fixture design
• Experience integrating automated manufacturing processes and robotics
• Advanced data analytics skills for yield optimization and process control
