Salary Range: $54,000 - $88,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize CNC programs for multi-axis milling machines using CAM software.
- Select appropriate tooling, cutting parameters, and machining strategies for various materials.
- Simulate and verify CNC programs to ensure collision avoidance, efficiency, and part quality.
- Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and GD&T specifications to define machining processes.
- Collaborate with machinists and engineers to troubleshoot programming issues and refine manufacturing processes.
- Design and develop custom fixtures and workholding solutions to support machining operations.
- Create and maintain detailed setup sheets, tooling lists, and operational documentation.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks CAM, Fusion 360).
- Strong understanding and ability to write/edit G-code and M-code programming.
- Ability to interpret engineering blueprints, schematics, and Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Knowledge of cutting tools, materials, feeds, speeds, and machining processes.
- Proven experience in setting up and operating CNC milling machines.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with 5-axis programming and simulation software (e.g., Vericut).
- Proficiency in designing custom tooling and fixtures.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with CMM programming and advanced metrology techniques.
