Salary Range: $80,000 - $125,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement electrical control systems for manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve complex electrical and automation issues to ensure continuous production.
• Develop and execute preventative maintenance schedules for electrical infrastructure and machinery.
• Ensure all electrical systems and installations comply with relevant safety codes and industry standards (e.g., NEC, NFPA).
• Lead electrical upgrades, new equipment installations, and process optimization projects.
• Provide technical expertise and training to maintenance technicians and production personnel.
• Specify and procure electrical components, instrumentation, and control devices.

Recommended Qualifications

• Expertise in PLC programming, HMI development, and industrial control systems.
• Proficiency in designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting electrical power distribution systems (up to 480V).
• Strong understanding and application of electrical safety standards (e.g., NFPA 70E, OSHA) and the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Demonstrated experience with manufacturing automation, robotics, and motor control systems.
• Ability to read, interpret, and create electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.

Bonus Qualifications

• PLC programming experience (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, Allen-Bradley).
• Experience with industrial robotics or advanced automation systems.
• Proficiency in mechanical CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for equipment integration.
• Familiarity with SCADA systems and data acquisition.
