Salary Range: $82,000 - $127,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of facility maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance programs for manufacturing equipment and infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, environmental, and building regulations relevant to a manufacturing environment.
• Manage facility budgets, including forecasting, cost control, and procurement of services and supplies.
• Coordinate and supervise external contractors and vendors for facility services, repairs, and projects.
• Plan and execute facility improvement projects, expansions, and equipment installations to support production needs.
• Optimize utility consumption and manage energy efficiency initiatives across the manufacturing plant.
• Develop and implement emergency response and business continuity plans for facility-related incidents.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities management experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong technical understanding of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and building automation systems.
• Proven knowledge of EHS regulations, building codes, and safety standards relevant to manufacturing operations.
• Demonstrated experience in managing facility-related projects (e.g., upgrades, expansions) and overseeing operational and capital budgets.
• Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and developing preventative maintenance programs.

Bonus Qualifications

• LEED AP or other relevant sustainability certification.
• Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) implementation or optimization.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• OSHA 30-Hour certification.
• Proficiency in CAD software for facility layout and planning.
