Salary Range: $96,000 - $143,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the reliable operation and optimal performance of IT and OT systems supporting manufacturing production.
• Develop and implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect intellectual property, production data, and operational technology environments.
• Manage and maintain the company's network infrastructure, including LAN, WLAN, and industrial networks on the factory floor.
• Oversee the IT helpdesk and provide technical support to office and production staff, ensuring rapid issue resolution.
• Lead the selection, implementation, and maintenance of manufacturing-specific software systems (e.g., ERP, MES, SCADA).
• Develop and manage the IT budget, strategic planning, and vendor relationships to align IT initiatives with manufacturing business objectives.
• Implement and test disaster recovery and business continuity plans for critical IT and OT systems to minimize production downtime.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience leading IT operations and strategy within a manufacturing environment.
• Deep expertise in managing and optimizing manufacturing-specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Infor).
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles for operational technology (OT) and industrial control systems (ICS).
• Demonstrated ability to manage IT projects, budgets, and supervise technical teams.
• Familiarity with data analytics and IoT solutions for production efficiency and predictive maintenance.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Operational Technology (OT) environments and IT/OT convergence strategies.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0 concepts (e.g., IoT, predictive maintenance) in a manufacturing setting.
• Proven experience supporting ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Infor) in a manufacturing context.
