Salary Range: $56,000 - $88,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions using various testing devices.
- Perform preventive maintenance on industrial electrical systems and components.
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Work with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), motor controls, and automation systems.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including Lockout/Tagout.
- Run conduit, pull wire, and terminate electrical connections according to code.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial electrical systems and machinery.
- Demonstrated experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), HMIs, and industrial control circuits.
- Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local electrical safety regulations.
- Ability to accurately read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Experience with motor controls, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and three-phase power distribution systems.
- Commitment to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, in a manufacturing environment.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with robotics maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in advanced PLC programming (e.g., ladder logic development, function block diagrams) and HMI design.
- Certification or extensive experience with Arc Flash safety regulations and procedures.
- Experience with instrumentation calibration and process control systems.
