Salary Range: $56,000 - $88,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions using various testing devices.
• Perform preventive maintenance on industrial electrical systems and components.
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Work with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), motor controls, and automation systems.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including Lockout/Tagout.
• Run conduit, pull wire, and terminate electrical connections according to code.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial electrical systems and machinery.
• Demonstrated experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), HMIs, and industrial control circuits.
• Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local electrical safety regulations.
• Ability to accurately read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Experience with motor controls, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and three-phase power distribution systems.
• Commitment to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, in a manufacturing environment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with robotics maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in advanced PLC programming (e.g., ladder logic development, function block diagrams) and HMI design.
• Certification or extensive experience with Arc Flash safety regulations and procedures.
• Experience with instrumentation calibration and process control systems.
