Salary Range: $59,000 - $86,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, screen, and onboard hourly and salaried manufacturing personnel.
- Manage employee relations, including grievance resolution, disciplinary actions, and conflict mediation on the production floor.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws, as well as company policies specific to a manufacturing environment.
- Administer HR programs such as performance management, compensation, and benefits for manufacturing employees.
- Coordinate and facilitate training and development initiatives, including safety training and skill development for production teams.
- Oversee workers' compensation claims and support workplace safety programs to foster a secure manufacturing environment.
- Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data, ensuring data integrity for a dynamic manufacturing workforce.
Recommended Qualifications
- 3-5 years of progressive HR Generalist experience, with a significant portion in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- In-depth knowledge of federal and state labor laws (e.g., FLSA, FMLA, ADA) and OSHA compliance requirements.
- Proven ability in employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance procedures, ideally within a diverse workforce or unionized setting.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting for production, skilled trades, and administrative roles in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and experience with payroll support and benefits administration.
Bonus Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish) to support a diverse workforce.
- Experience with OSHA compliance, safety programs, or incident investigation.
- Familiarity with union relations, collective bargaining, or union avoidance strategies.
- Exposure to Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement principles from an HR perspective.
