Salary Range: $127,000 - $177,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
• Manage cost accounting activities, including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation.
• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, monitoring performance against targets.
• Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
• Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to support operational decision-making and drive profitability.
• Coordinate and manage external audits, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal tax regulations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA certification strongly preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance leadership roles within a manufacturing environment.
• Deep expertise in cost accounting, inventory management, and variance analysis specific to manufacturing operations.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel modeling.
• Proven ability to develop, implement, and maintain robust internal controls and financial reporting systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a track record of driving process improvements and financial performance.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with advanced ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) specifically within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for advanced financial reporting and analysis.
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation.
• Experience with multi-site or international manufacturing operations.
