Salary Range: $93,000 - $140,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Lean Six Sigma projects and initiatives across manufacturing operations.
• Identify, analyze, and prioritize process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and deliver training programs on continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) to all levels of staff.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving throughout the organization.
• Mentor and coach project teams and individuals in the application of CI tools and techniques.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success and ROI of continuous improvement initiatives.
• Standardize best practices and ensure their consistent application across relevant manufacturing processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and implementing continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, TOC) within a manufacturing environment.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills with a track record of driving measurable results.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and drive cultural change.
• Proficiency in value stream mapping, root cause analysis, and statistical process control techniques.

Bonus Qualifications

• Certification in a recognized change management methodology (e.g., Prosci).
• Experience implementing Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, AI/ML) within a manufacturing context.
• Proficiency with advanced simulation software (e.g., Arena, FlexSim) for process modeling.
• Demonstrated experience in supply chain optimization projects.
