Salary Range: $111,000 - $160,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of manufacturing engineers.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of engineering projects for manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality systems, and regulatory requirements across all engineering activities.
• Manage the engineering department's budget, resources, and capital expenditures.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, and R&D to optimize operational performance.
• Provide expert technical guidance and problem-solving support for complex manufacturing challenges.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) relevant to manufacturing.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience managing engineering teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in manufacturing processes, lean methodologies, and continuous improvement principles.
• Proven ability to manage complex engineering projects from conception to completion within a production setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of implementing effective technical solutions.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience with MES/ERP system implementation or optimization
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and automation technologies
