Salary Range: $107,000 - $155,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations, production schedules, and workflow.
• Optimize operational efficiency, productivity, and resource utilization to meet targets.
• Implement and maintain stringent quality control standards and procedures.
• Manage operational budgets, cost control, and financial performance for the department.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, output, and waste reduction.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations management.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with experience developing manufacturing personnel.
• Proficiency in Lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and inventory control using ERP/MRP systems.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing quality standards, safety regulations, and compliance.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, IoT, AI)
• Proficiency in a major ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
