Salary Range: $95,000 - $142,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with industry standards.
• Ensure all manufactured products meet quality standards, specifications, and customer requirements.
• Lead and manage internal and external quality audits, including regulatory and certification audits.
• Oversee the investigation of non-conformances, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Manage supplier quality, including qualification, performance monitoring, and audits of raw materials and components.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and quality assurance programs across manufacturing processes.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the quality assurance team, fostering a culture of quality throughout the organization.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in implementing and maintaining quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
• Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies including SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, and Lean Six Sigma principles.
• Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and develop quality personnel.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 or relevant industry standards
• Proficiency in advanced statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Experience integrating quality management systems with ERP/MES platforms
