Salary Range: $75,000 - $109,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
• Design, develop, and implement new production processes and equipment.
• Troubleshoot process-related issues and identify root causes to implement corrective actions.
• Analyze process data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive data-driven decisions.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process flow diagrams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, R&D) to ensure seamless process integration.
• Ensure all processes comply with safety, environmental, and quality regulations and standards.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in process optimization methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and statistical analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot manufacturing processes and implement corrective actions.
• Experience with process simulation software, CAD, or data acquisition systems.

Bonus Qualifications

• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and technologies (e.g., IIoT, digital twins).
• Proficiency with advanced process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, gPROMS).
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent.
• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification.
