Salary Range: $55,000 - $87,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Delta Township that are seeking skilled Robotics Technicians. Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of robotic systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and software issues in industrial robots.
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and develop schedules.
• Program and re-program robotic paths and sequences for manufacturing tasks.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new robotic equipment.
• Document maintenance activities, repairs, and system performance.
• Train production staff on the safe operation and basic troubleshooting of robots.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• 2+ years experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB).
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, mechanical diagrams, and PLC logic.
• Strong understanding of robotic programming languages and control systems.
• Demonstrated ability to perform precision mechanical assembly and alignment.
• Experience with vision systems, sensors, and other peripheral robotics equipment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with vision systems and their integration into robotic cells.
• Familiarity with various robotic programming languages beyond teach pendant operation (e.g., Python, C++).
• PLC programming experience (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell) for robot-peripheral communication.
• Demonstrated ability to train junior technicians or production staff on robot operation and basic troubleshooting.
