Salary Range: $82,000 - $122,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement reliability strategies to improve equipment uptime.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and recurring issues.
• Lead FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) sessions to identify potential failure modes.
• Optimize preventive maintenance (PM) and predictive maintenance (PdM) programs.
• Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to implement reliability solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on asset reliability and lifecycle costs.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, or similar field).
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, focusing on reliability engineering principles.
• Proficiency in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies (e.g., FMEA, 5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams).
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement solutions to improve asset reliability and performance.

Bonus Qualifications

• Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) or similar certification.
• Experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies (e.g., FMEA, 5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams).
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Python, R) for reliability metrics and trends.
• Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software.
• Knowledge of Condition-Based Monitoring (CBM) techniques (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis).
