Salary Range: $43,000 - $68,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Prepares, cleans, and stages tools, equipment, and materials for production runs.
• Performs equipment changeovers and adjustments according to production schedules and specifications.
• Troubleshoots and resolves minor mechanical or operational issues during setup.
• Conducts quality checks and verifies proper calibration of equipment post-setup.
• Collaborates with production and maintenance teams to ensure efficient setup processes.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Proven ability to read and interpret technical documents (e.g., blueprints, schematics, work instructions)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with various hand and power tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles
• Proficiency in using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
• Certification in a relevant technical field (e.g., mechatronics, industrial automation)
