Salary Range: $62,000 - $95,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of robotic systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and software issues in industrial robots.
• Install and configure new robotic cells and peripheral equipment.
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and develop maintenance schedules.
• Optimize robot programs for improved efficiency and quality.
• Document maintenance activities, repairs, and system modifications.
• Provide technical support and training to production staff on robotic operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree in robotics, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of experience in industrial robotics maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and P&ID diagrams.
• Demonstrated ability to program, teach, and calibrate industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB, Yaskawa).
• Strong understanding of PLC logic and control systems for robotic integration.
• Experience with various robotic end-effectors, vision systems, and peripheral equipment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with vision systems and their integration (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
• Familiarity with various robotic programming languages beyond teach pendant (e.g., Python, C++).
• Knowledge of industrial networking protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET).
• Certifications in specific robot brands (e.g., FANUC CERT, KUKA College).
