Salary Range: $91,000 - $138,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Whitehall seeking Six Sigma Black Belts who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex Six Sigma Black Belt projects from initiation to closure, delivering significant financial savings and process improvements.
• Mentor and coach Green Belts and other team members on Six Sigma methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams to identify root causes of manufacturing defects and inefficiencies, implementing sustainable solutions.
• Develop and deliver training programs on Lean Six Sigma principles and tools to various levels of the organization.
• Utilize advanced statistical analysis and data visualization tools to drive data-driven decision making and validate project results.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities aligned with strategic business objectives.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the manufacturing facility.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and train Green Belts and other team members.
• Familiarity with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP, R, Python for data analysis).
• Experience applying Lean principles beyond traditional manufacturing, e.g., transactional processes or supply chain.
