Salary Range: $54,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Mason that are seeking Staff Accountants. These companies are committed to building strong teams and are looking for professionals who can lead initiatives effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile general ledger accounts, including bank statements and inventory.
• Assist in month-end and year-end close processes, preparing journal entries and accruals.
• Analyze manufacturing costs, variances, and production data.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accurate and timely transactions.
• Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2+ years of experience in general ledger accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP
• Experience with inventory accounting and cost accounting principles

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with an ERP system like SAP or Oracle
• Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing principles
• CPA or CMA certification
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and macros
• Experience with inventory costing methods (e.g., standard costing, FIFO)
