Salary Range: $86,000 - $132,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
• Lead and manage internal and external audits, including customer audits and regulatory inspections.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through the analysis of quality data, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Oversee the inspection, testing, and release of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Manage and develop the quality team, providing training, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to ensure quality is integrated throughout the product lifecycle.
• Establish and monitor key quality performance indicators (KPIs) and report on quality metrics to senior leadership.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
