Salary Range: $64,000 - $91,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Ludington that are seeking Quality Supervisors. Key Responsibilities

• Leads and mentors a team of Quality Technicians and Inspectors.
• Develops, implements, and maintains quality control systems and procedures.
• Conducts root cause analysis and implements corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Manages and resolves customer complaints related to product quality.
• Oversees internal and external audits to ensure compliance with standards (e.g., ISO).
• Monitors key quality performance indicators (KPIs) and drives continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams (production, engineering) to optimize product quality.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing environment
• 2+ years of supervisory experience, leading and developing quality teams
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
• Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and other quality tools for data analysis and problem-solving
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive quality initiatives
