Salary Range: $69,000 - $98,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Quality Technicians.
• Ensure compliance with all quality standards, regulations, and customer specifications.
• Manage and conduct internal audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality.
• Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
• Analyze quality data and trends to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee the inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management) or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance/control within a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or lead role.
• Strong understanding and practical application of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
• Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies (e.g., SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, 8D).
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ISO 9001:2015 implementation or auditing
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• ASQ Certified Quality Supervisor (CQS) or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
