Salary Range: $63,000 - $90,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in St. Johns that are seeking skilled Quality Supervisors. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train a team of quality technicians and inspectors.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.
• Conduct root cause analysis for product defects and non-conformances.
• Monitor and report on key quality performance indicators (KPIs).
• Oversee the inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Manage the calibration and maintenance of quality testing equipment.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and R&D to resolve quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal quality management systems.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

• ASQ Certifications (e.g., CQE, CQA, CMQ/OE)
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience with ISO 13485 or AS9100 quality management systems
• Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
