Salary Range: $84,000 - $124,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to schedules.
• Develop and implement production plans, including resource allocation and workflow management.
• Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions to meet established standards.
• Manage and mentor production staff, including training, performance reviews, and scheduling.
• Optimize manufacturing processes to reduce costs, improve productivity, and minimize waste.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the production environment.
• Collaborate with supply chain and engineering teams to resolve production issues and implement new product lines.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma).
• Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and inventory control systems (e.g., ERP/MRP).
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop production teams, fostering a culture of safety and high performance.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle
