Salary Range: $86,000 - $126,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Fremont that are seeking Production Managers. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet delivery targets.
• Manage and mentor production staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Monitor production costs and implement strategies for cost reduction.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Optimize production processes for continuous improvement and waste reduction.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven track record of improving production efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring quality.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience with an ERP system implementation (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop direct reports into leadership roles
• Proficiency in a second language relevant to the company's supply chain or workforce (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin)
• Experience working with automated production lines or advanced robotics
