Salary Range: $79,000 - $119,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Holland seeking Production Managers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand and delivery targets.
• Manage and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards.
• Collaborate with supply chain to optimize material flow and inventory levels.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Manage departmental budgets and allocate resources effectively.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and inventory control systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop production teams.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin) relevant to the local workforce or international operations.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
