Salary Range: $66,000 - $93,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Rockford seeking Production Supervisors who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and adherence to schedules.
• Supervise and train production line personnel, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
• Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions to meet specifications.
• Optimize production processes to improve output, reduce waste, and control costs.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve production issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain production reports, tracking key performance indicators.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Demonstrated knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Proficiency in production planning software and Microsoft Office Suite
