Salary Range: $59,000 - $86,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Lead and mentor a team of production operators, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control standards.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust staffing or processes to meet deadlines.
• Identify and troubleshoot production issues, implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., maintenance, quality, supply chain) to optimize production flow.
• Track and report on key production metrics and performance indicators.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to manage production schedules, meet deadlines, and optimize resource allocation.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of production operators.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing execution systems (MES) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing principles.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Demonstrated ability to train and mentor production staff.
• Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
