Salary Range: $86,000 - $131,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production schedules and resource allocation to meet manufacturing targets.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control standards across shop operations.
• Manage and mentor shop floor personnel, including performance reviews and training.
• Optimize workflows and processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, coordinating with supply chain.
• Maintain production equipment, ensuring regular maintenance and timely repairs.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams on new product introductions and modifications.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a manufacturing shop environment
• 2+ years experience in a supervisory or management role
• Proven ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and quality control standards
• Experience with production scheduling and resource allocation
• Proficiency in using manufacturing software (e.g., ERP, MES)
