Salary Range: $70,000 - $104,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Mason that are seeking Shop Foremans. These companies are committed to building strong teams and are looking for professionals who can lead initiatives effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shop operations and production schedules.
• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of manufacturing technicians.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair schedules.
• Manage inventory of materials and supplies for production.
• Implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with engineering and management on project planning and execution.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety procedures
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using common hand and power tools, as well as operating relevant machinery

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean or Six Sigma certification/experience.
• Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems for production planning and inventory management.
• Formal leadership training or certification.
