Salary Range: $82,000 - $127,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production schedules and resource allocation to meet manufacturing targets.
• Implement and enforce quality control standards to ensure product integrity and reduce defects.
• Manage shop floor personnel, including training, performance reviews, and conflict resolution.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, initiating procurement as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce waste.
• Analyze production data to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineering and supply chain departments to streamline operations and resolve interdepartmental challenges.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing shop environment
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of skilled technicians
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to manage production schedules, budgets, and quality control
• Technical proficiency with shop machinery and tools relevant to the manufacturing process
