Salary Range: $100,000 - $147,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize costs and improve efficiency.
• Manage supplier relationships, including negotiation of contracts and performance monitoring.
• Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
• Lead demand planning and forecasting processes to align with production schedules.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring business continuity.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.
• Collaborate with internal teams (production, sales, finance) to support business objectives.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment
• Proven expertise in demand planning, inventory management, logistics, and supplier relationship management
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and their impact on the supply chain
• Proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g., ERP systems, WMS) and data analysis tools
• Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives and cost reduction strategies

Bonus Qualifications

• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
• Proficiency in a second language, particularly Spanish or Mandarin
• Familiarity with ERP implementation or optimization projects
