Salary Range: $58,000 - $88,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit accurate and competitive quotes to customers.
• Analyze customer specifications and drawings to determine manufacturing requirements and costs.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and sales teams to develop comprehensive proposals.
• Maintain and update pricing models and cost databases.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to secure orders.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement in the quoting process.
• Ensure all quotes comply with company policies and relevant regulations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a quoting or estimating role within the manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Strong mathematical aptitude and analytical skills for accurate cost calculations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear quote presentations and client interaction.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple quotes simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
