Quality Technician | Allegan, MI

Salary Range: $39,000 - $62,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Allegan that are seeking Quality Technicians. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished products.
• Perform various quality tests and measurements using specialized equipment.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records.
• Identify and report non-conforming materials or products.
• Assist in the investigation of quality issues and implementation of corrective actions.
• Calibrate and maintain quality control equipment.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure adherence to quality standards.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years experience in a manufacturing quality role
• Proficient in using various inspection tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, CMM)
• Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint interpretation
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001)
