Salary Range: $45,000 - $68,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-process and final product inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for non-conforming materials or products.
• Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot quality inspection equipment and tools.
• Document and maintain accurate quality records, including inspection reports and test data.
• Assist in the development and revision of quality control procedures and work instructions.
• Support production teams in identifying and resolving quality-related issues.
• Participate in internal and external quality audits.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Associate's degree in a technical field preferred
• 2+ years experience in a quality control or manufacturing technician role
• Proficient in using various measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Strong understanding of Blueprint reading and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
• Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and relevant ISO standards
• Ability to perform basic statistical analysis and data interpretation

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with statistical process control (SPC) software.
• ASQ Certified Quality Technician (CQT) or other relevant certifications.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in using a CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine).
