The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Charlotte that are seeking skilled Recruiters. Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various manufacturing roles, including production, engineering, and quality.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial requisition to offer extension and onboarding support.
• Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms, including ATS, job boards, and social media, to attract top talent.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Negotiate offers and close candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Stay informed about industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies.
• Participate in career fairs and other recruiting events to promote the company and attract potential candidates.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, specifically within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Proven ability to source and attract passive candidates for specialized manufacturing roles (e.g., engineers, skilled trades, production management).
• Demonstrated success in managing high-volume requisitions and meeting hiring targets in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, terminology, and industry-specific skill sets.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and various sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks).

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with an ATS beyond basic data entry, such as workflow optimization or reporting.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and their application to talent acquisition.
• Demonstrated ability to source passive candidates in highly specialized or niche technical fields.
• Experience with employer branding initiatives specific to the manufacturing sector.
• Multilingual proficiency, particularly in languages common among manufacturing workforces.
