Salary Range: $56,000 - $86,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely quotes for custom and standard products.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and production to gather necessary information for quotes.
• Analyze customer specifications and drawings to determine manufacturing processes and costs.
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems and quoting software to generate pricing.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to secure orders.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of quotes and pricing structures.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement within the quoting process.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Business, Finance, or a related technical field.
• 2+ years experience in a quoting, estimating, or sales support role within manufacturing.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Epicor) and CRM software.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Strong mathematical aptitude and analytical skills for cost calculation and margin analysis.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with CRM software beyond basic data entry
• Familiarity with ERP systems and their integration with sales processes
• Certification in a relevant area (e.g., project management, sales operations)
