Salary Range: $57,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We collaborate with manufacturing companies in the Spring Lake region seeking Recruiters. These employers partner with us because they want real insight into candidates—not just resumes. By joining our network, you gain access to roles worth considering.

Key Responsibilities

• Full lifecycle recruitment for various manufacturing roles, from production to engineering.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and offer strategic solutions.
• Proactively source passive candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and background checks.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Participate in career fairs and other recruiting events to build talent pipelines.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit for diverse roles, including skilled trades, engineering, production management, and corporate functions.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industry-specific terminology.
• Proven success in utilizing various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with an ATS beyond basic data entry, such as workflow optimization or reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to source passive candidates through creative and non-traditional channels.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and their application to talent acquisition processes.
• Certifications in HR (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) or specialized recruiting areas.
