Salary Range: $86,000 - $131,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure for manufacturing projects.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, quality, and supply chain, to ensure project success.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues to prevent delays and cost overruns.
• Monitor project progress, generate status reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure all projects adhere to safety standards, quality requirements, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within project management processes and manufacturing operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including lean and continuous improvement methodologies.

Bonus Qualifications

• PMP or equivalent certification.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) in a manufacturing context.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior project managers or team members.
