Salary Range: $79,000 - $124,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Muskegon seeking Project Managers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams from initiation to closure.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders.
• Ensure projects adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Oversee resource allocation and task assignments for project team members.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• 5+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects from conception to completion, including budget and timeline management.
