Salary Range: $52,000 - $79,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and assist with month-end closing procedures.
  • Maintain organized financial records and assist with year-end audit preparation.
  • Oversee general office operations, including supplies, equipment, and vendor relations.
  • Provide administrative support to the leadership team and other departments.
  • Assist with HR-related tasks, such as onboarding, record-keeping, and benefits administration.
  • Manage incoming calls, correspondence, and greet visitors to the facility.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
  • Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with employees, vendors, and clients.
  • Experience in an office management capacity, including inventory management, supply ordering, and administrative support.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
  • Familiarity with inventory management principles
  • Knowledge of manufacturing cost accounting concepts
  • Experience with payroll processing in a manufacturing setting
