Salary Range: $59,000 - $86,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train assembly line personnel.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
• Maintain quality control standards and address any deviations.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and protocols.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and resolve production issues.
• Optimize assembly processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Associate's degree or higher preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing assembly, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
• Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using manufacturing software and Microsoft Office Suite

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with automated assembly lines and robotics
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
