Salary Range: $79,000 - $124,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Holland seeking Electrical Engineers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Designs, tests, and commissions electrical systems for manufacturing equipment.
• Develops and maintains electrical schematics, control logic, and documentation.
• Troubleshoots and resolves complex electrical issues on production lines.
• Implements and optimizes PLC programs for automated processes.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams on new product introductions and process improvements.
• Ensures compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations.
• Specifies and procures electrical components and equipment.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in electrical design and troubleshooting within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, SolidWorks Electrical) for schematic design and panel layouts.
• Strong understanding of PLCs, HMIs, and industrial control systems (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens).
• Experience with motor control, VFDs, and power distribution systems.
• Knowledge of relevant safety standards and electrical codes (e.g., NFPA 70E, NEC).

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with robotics or automated manufacturing systems.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing principles.
• PLC programming experience (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens).
• SCADA system development or maintenance experience.
• Certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
