Salary Range: $42,000 - $62,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with multiple companies in Holland seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product availability, order status, and technical specifications.
• Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints related to product defects, shipping errors, or service issues.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and quality control teams to expedite orders and resolve complex customer issues.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
• Provide product information and support to customers, including usage instructions and maintenance tips.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical information clearly
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach

Bonus Qualifications

• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes or supply chain
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents or blueprints
• Multilingual proficiency (especially Spanish or Mandarin)
