Salary Range: $54,000 - $86,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We are partnering with organizations in Muskegon that are seeking CMM Programmers. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and implement CMM programs for various manufactured components.
- Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and specifications to determine optimal measurement strategies.
- Select and configure appropriate CMM probes, fixtures, and accessories for accurate data collection.
- Perform first-article inspections and in-process quality checks using CMM equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve programming errors or CMM operational issues.
- Document CMM programs, inspection procedures, and measurement results according to established standards.
- Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to improve part quality and measurement efficiency.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proficiency in programming CMMs using PC-DMIS software.
- Strong understanding of GD&T principles and their application.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints and specifications.
- Experience with various metrology tools and techniques.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills in a manufacturing environment.
