Continuous Improvement Leader | Spring Lake, MI
Salary Range: $86,000 - $132,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We partner with manufacturers across Spring Lake seeking Continuous Improvement Leaders who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate Kaizen events and workshops across manufacturing operations.
- Identify and prioritize improvement opportunities through data analysis and process mapping.
- Coach and mentor teams in the application of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
- Develop and implement standardized work procedures and visual management systems.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement by promoting employee engagement and problem-solving.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and sustainability.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement roles within a manufacturing environment.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (or equivalent demonstrated expertise).
- Proven track record of leading and implementing successful CI projects with measurable results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and change management skills.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification.
- Experience with change management methodologies and tools.
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and their application in manufacturing.
- Proven ability to mentor and develop others in continuous improvement principles.
- Experience in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment.
