Salary Range: $86,000 - $132,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Spring Lake seeking Continuous Improvement Leaders who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Kaizen events and workshops across manufacturing operations.
• Identify and prioritize improvement opportunities through data analysis and process mapping.
• Coach and mentor teams in the application of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
• Develop and implement standardized work procedures and visual management systems.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement by promoting employee engagement and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and sustainability.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement roles within a manufacturing environment.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (or equivalent demonstrated expertise).
• Proven track record of leading and implementing successful CI projects with measurable results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and change management skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification.
• Experience with change management methodologies and tools.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and their application in manufacturing.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop others in continuous improvement principles.
• Experience in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment.
